Some people use condoms for oral sex to avoid getting HIV/AID (as the virus is transmitted through semen) and other STDs (like herpes, HPV, syphilis, etc.)

It’s just a precaution for some people if perhaps they’re with someone they aren’t that familiar with sexually.
